Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure the gear is unmounted and in its original shrink-wrap or with tags attached.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 3-5 business days.
